SILENT MEDITATION MORNINGS (free)
Continuing throughout the year - All are welcome
The house will be open for silent meditation most Thursday mornings, offering a place and a time for private and quiet sitting, in company with other people. The times will be kept for you. No fee or commitment is asked - come if you feel like it on the day; coffee and biscuits supplied. It will be happening anyway, and the house would be privileged if you'd come and meditate here.
The first session is 7:30 to 8:15 am, and the second 10:30 to 11:15 am. You are welcome to come to either or both of the meetings. There is nothing to join or belong to and the group changes weekly.
If you want to let me know, you're welcome to do so. Or just turn up about 15 minutes before the beginning of the session.
